Rent for Beach House ranges between £620.00 and £700.00 per week depending on the time of year, please check on booking.

The property will be available for rent from Saturday 14.00 to Saturday 10.00 during peak season, short stays and midweek bookings may be available out of peak season.

A deposit of £150.00 per week is payable on booking and remainder of the rent is payable on entry.

All heating, lighting, sheets and towels are included in the rent.

All rental agreements are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions

1. The property is available for rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
2. A deposit of £150.00 per week is payable on booking.
3. The remaining balance of agreed rent is payable on date of entry.
4. Pets may be allowed in the property but must be confined to the ground floor. Confirmation is required on booking..
5. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms of the house.
6. The property is let for holiday purposes only and must not be sub-let.
7. Tenants are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition, and accept liability for additional cleaning costs if this is not the case.
8. If the person booking the property wishes to cancel the booking, the owner will attempt to re-let the property. If successful, all amounts received will be returned. If unsuccessful, the deposit will become forfeit.
9. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the property being available for letting during the agreed period, the liability of the owner will be restricted to the return of all money paid at that time.
